A popular north Indian snack. Its crispy, spicy and flavoursome.
150gms Sweet Potato (boiled)
150gms Potato (boiled)
¼ cup Peas (boiled)
1 Onion chopped
1 tsp Ginger
2 Green chilli finely chopped (as per taste)
½ tsp Coriander powder
¼ cup coriander leaves
½ tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Chat masala
Mash the sweet potato, potatoes and peas in a bowl.
Add all the other ingredients into the bowl and mix.
Divide the mix into golf size balls and flatten them into round cutlet 2” thick.
Place a frying pan on medium heat and coat the bottom with vegetable oil.
Heat to medium and shallow fry the tikkis until both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
